If you’re concerned that some sections of the crowd won’t be able to see the screen, a popular solution is to use two LED trailers, one on each side of the stage. Often, two smaller trailers provide better visibility than a single large trailer.

To showcase live footage at a school event, high-quality video cameras, a video switcher, a processor, and proper cabling are required. A skilled crew should operate the cameras to capture dynamic footage from various angles. The video switcher facilitates smooth transitions between multiple camera feeds, while the video processor ensures the feed aligns with the LED screen’s resolution. Lastly, appropriate cabling like SDI, HDMI, or fiber optic cords is essential to connecting the processor to the mobile LED trailer’s audiovisual box.
